Welcome to VitraWell. We operate this website and online shop to provide you with information, content, functionality, tools, products and services (together, the “Services”). Our shop is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to deliver the Services to you.
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use or access our Services.
1. Access and Accounts
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are of the age of majority in your country or region of residence. Where applicable, you also confirm that you have given consent for any minors connected to you to use the Services on devices you own, manage or control.
To use the Services — including browsing our shop or purchasing products — you may need to provide certain information such as your email address, billing details, payment information and delivery address. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, up to date and complete, and that you have the necessary rights to provide it.
You are solely responsible for all activity on your account and for safeguarding your login details. You must not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to anyone else.
2. Our Products
We strive to present our products and services as accurately as possible in our online shop. However, the way colours and details appear may vary depending on your device and its settings.
We cannot guarantee that the appearance or quality of products will meet your expectations or match the descriptions or images precisely. Product descriptions may be changed at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. VitraWell reserves the right to accept or refuse your order at our sole discretion. Your order is not confirmed until we have accepted and processed it. Payment must be received before acceptance.
Please check your order carefully before submission, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once accepted. If we refuse, amend or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details you provided at checkout.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You confirm that purchases are for personal or household use only, and not for resale or export.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the one in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order email. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, customs duties, shipping or handling fees.
Prices on our website may differ from those in physical shops or third-party outlets. From time to time we may run special offers subject to their own terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the offer-specific terms will apply.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date account, payment and billing information. You represent and warrant that (i) your payment details are true, correct and complete, (ii) you are authorised to use the payment method provided, (iii) charges will be honoured by your card provider or payment service, and (iv) you will pay the amounts due including applicable shipping, handling and taxes.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes or events outside our control. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once products are handed to the courier.
6. Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a customer based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (e.g. email to info@vitrawell.com within 14 days of delivery.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us in their original condition.
- Once we receive the returned goods, we will process a refund within 14 days (excluding original delivery costs, unless goods were faulty or misdescribed).
- Please note that certain products (such as sealed health or personal care items once opened) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
This statutory right is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided through the Services — including trademarks, branding, text, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio, design, layout and organisation — are owned by VitraWell, our affiliates or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display publicly, republish, download, store or transmit any material without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
VitraWell’s names, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of VitraWell or its affiliates. You may not use them without our written permission. Shopify’s names and marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Third-Party Tools and Links
You may be given access to third-party tools and links. These are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. We do not monitor, control or endorse third-party content or services, and you use them at your own risk.
Any concerns regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant third party. Please review their own policies before engaging with them.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Our shop is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with VitraWell. By using our Services you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for sales, injuries, damages or losses arising from your transactions with VitraWell. You expressly release Shopify from any such claims.

Your personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy and may also be subject to Shopify’s privacy policy. By using the Services, you confirm you have read these.
Shopify may collect and process personal data relating to your use of the Services to operate and improve them, and such data may be transferred internationally.
